Testimonials

  • "

This place is beyond outstanding! Been here for five years and I am yet to run into any problems. The staff is very helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The building is well maintained and the management is always looking for new ways to enhance the residents' experience at Campus Common. They are quick to perform maintenance when you request it. The apartments are spacious and airy. I recommend it to anyone and everyone! Did I say the staff is super accommodating.... especially their Leasing Coordinator! Definitely worth your time and money! If I had to rate this place: it's definitely a 5/5.

The entire management team at Campus Commons made my years there feel like I was at home. The kindness from the office staff and superintendent make staying in Campus Commons easy and carefree. The space was always clean, the rooms were a good size, and they always fixed maintenance requests within a few days. I would recommend Campus Commons to anyone looking to find a nice place to stay away from home.

For the past three years, I have lived at Campus Commons. I have rented a three person, two person and single apartment style room over the years.  During my stay, I found that staff were very friendly and always helpful. During each of my moves, they were very accommodating. The building's maintenance was consistently clean and if something needed to be repaired the response time was quick.  The location is downtown and very convenient to all amenities. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this apartment building.

*Covid-19

First, we would like to express our gratitude to our current tenants for living at Campus Common. These are unprecedented and unexpected circumstances and we want you to know that no one will lose their home as a result of COVID-19.

The situation is changing daily and we look forward to the days that the virus can be controlled, and the economy stabilizes, and classes resume.

Building:

Following recommendations by the Government of Ontario and World Health Organization (WHO), the Campus Common office will continue to be closed for in-person visits. If you wish to contact us, please use phone or email.

In our efforts to keep our building and community safe, the lounges, gym, first floor bathroom, and Campus Café will continue to be closed until further notice.

Preventative Measures:

In our efforts to be cautious and protect you, our tenants, and our staff, we have brought in the Germguard treatment program. This treats high traffic surfaces in common areas. The treatment is registered by Health Canada and kills up to 99% of germs on contact, and should protect against germs for 6 months.

The building continues to follow a cleaning routine where high-traffic areas area cleaned daily (lobby, door handles, elevator buttons, etc.)

Please be vigilant and continue to follow the guidelines of the WHO, the best way to combat the virus is to wash your hands regularly, and follow social distancing advice.

What you can do:

Please make sure to follow the following measures to prevent exposure and the spreading of COVID-19:

Clean your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub on a regular basis.

Avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth.

Cover your nose and when coughing and sneezing with tissues or flexed elbow.

Dispose of used tissues immediately.

Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms.

Clean frequently touched areas in your apartment such as handles, fridges, and bathrooms.

When using the elevator, please wait for an empty one to use. Only use the elevator with those you reside with.

Avoid sharing food.

Help educate each other regarding precautions.

Health and Wellbeing:

We ask that residence continue to follow safety measures and, if possible, wear masks when leaving the building.

We ask that anyone that has potential exposure to the COVID-19 virus or tested positive for the virus, to please disclose your exposure to Management so that further precautions can be taken. Your information will remain private.

It goes without saying that these are most unusual and challenging times. We are hoping that the combination of our government actions, commitment to social distancing, and the hard work of our doctors, nurses, and our medical infrastructure will pull us through this tough time.

In the meantime, Campus Common places the safety and security of our tenants and staff as our highest priority.

Yours sincerely,

Campus Common Management
