First, we would like to express our gratitude to our current tenants for living at Campus Common. These are unprecedented and unexpected circumstances and we want you to know that no one will lose their home as a result of COVID-19.
The situation is changing daily and we look forward to the days that the virus can be controlled, and the economy stabilizes, and classes resume.
Building:
Following recommendations by the Government of Ontario and World Health Organization (WHO), the Campus Common office will continue to be closed for in-person visits. If you wish to contact us, please use phone or email.
In our efforts to keep our building and community safe, the lounges, gym, first floor bathroom, and Campus Café will continue to be closed until further notice.
Preventative Measures:
In our efforts to be cautious and protect you, our tenants, and our staff, we have brought in the Germguard treatment program. This treats high traffic surfaces in common areas. The treatment is registered by Health Canada and kills up to 99% of germs on contact, and should protect against germs for 6 months.
The building continues to follow a cleaning routine where high-traffic areas area cleaned daily (lobby, door handles, elevator buttons, etc.)
Please be vigilant and continue to follow the guidelines of the WHO, the best way to combat the virus is to wash your hands regularly, and follow social distancing advice.

It goes without saying that these are most unusual and challenging times. We are hoping that the combination of our government actions, commitment to social distancing, and the hard work of our doctors, nurses, and our medical infrastructure will pull us through this tough time.
