How to Rent

Welcome to Campus Common’s quick and easy rental process. Please follow these instructions:

Examine the economical suites and choose your apartment.
Click on the Rental Application, complete and return by email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or fax to (416)593-1850. Remember to complete the section on type of apartment as it is on a first come-first serve basis. If you have a roommate in mind, please do not forgot to add them to the bottom of the Rental Application. No Roommate-No Problem. Use our matching making service, CLICK HERE
Submit proof of income (a copy of your 2 recent pay stubs) or a Letter of Employment;
If you require a Guarantor, you must submit the Guarantor’s proof of employment (a copy of their 2 recent recent pay stubs or Letter of Employment).
Once the documents have been submitted our leasing agent will contact you to complete the process.
Click on Lease or Sharing Lease plus Guarantor Form (if applicable), and Schedule A; download and print 2 copies. Complete, sign Lease and Schedule A and fax back to us. Remember to complete all sections, including information and signatures on guarantors section and remember to read and sign Schedule A .
Prepare a cheque, money order, or certified cheque to pay for first and last months rent for the apartment plus any other selections you have made in the Rent section of the lease. Cheques must be certified and from a Canadian bank. You also have the option to pay online with Bank of Montreal, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, President’s Choice, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank, and Toronto Dominion Bank .
