Concrete walls (rarely found in Toronto apartments) not only create a fashionable look but provide a better exterior moisture barrier that inhibits the growth of mold. Even if you don’t have an allergy, you’ll breathe easier. The double-glazed windows are big and bright and can be opened fully.
